This oak range is highly rated as one of the best native hardwood timbers in all of Australia and understandably so. It has a hardness rating of 11kN on the Janka test, this means that it is impeccably durable and highly resistant to decay.
It spots slight hints of grey, brown and red, which create a style of class that is difficult to match by other oak ranges.
Spotted gum is also eco-friendly, quite easy to maintain, easy to clean, easy to work with and lasts longer than many other timbers.
It is a superb choice for flooring because the colour of the timber adds beauty and a unique vibrancy to any setting making it appear even more attractive.
